The photographs you will be seeing on this page document my natural healing journey to free my body of eczema, a disfiguring and painful skin disease.
I created this website because I suffered from eczema for more than 15 years.

This is where it all started; a couple of small, itchy spots of eczema on both ankles. I applied cortisone cream on them daily for 16 years. |
I tried the conventional and the alternative medicine ways but nothing worked. I was disillusioned when everything I used to heal my body of eczema failed. I invested a lot of money and time into many healing modalities but nothing worked.
I was able to become eczema free when I took responsibility for my health and changed my lifestyle. I became my own expert on eczema after doing years of research and when I applied the things I had learned about diet, supplements, water and exercise I became my own best healer and as a result I'm eczema free today.
I want to share the secrets of my success with you. I'm living proof that there is relief for the eye sore, embarrassment and discomfort of eczema, no matter how bad it gets, despite conventional medicine stating that "there is no cure for eczema."

I went off the cortisone cream "cold turkey" and within a couple of weeks eczema spread all over my body . |

I tried many alternative medical practitioner's solutions: herbs, natural creams, vitamins, botanical formulas and homeopathy. Their treatments made the infection go away, but my skin never looked natural and the minute I stopped the natural treatments the eczema came back.
When I changed my diet, exercise, and lifestyle habits and began taking food based supplements, I experienced total and complete disappearance of this awful, disfiguring disease. Here are a few photos -- before and after. |
