Aliya Khan - My psoriasis/eczema is gone!

I cannot thank you enough for helping me get rid of my eczema/psoriasis.

My eczema/psoriasis started about 7 years ago on one of my knees. I contacted my family physician she gave me some cream, it worked of a while then it stopped working and the eczema/psoriasis started of my second knee. Then it started on both my ankles. My doctor referred me to a dermatologist, who changed the creams every three months, they were cortisone creams and she was giving me stronger and stronger ones, with no effect in the long run.

By the beginning of 2013, the eczema/psoriasis spread to my feet and hands, such that they would get cuts and start bleeding for no reason. Both my hands and feet would be covered with band aids. It was very embarrassing, I would be working, shopping, or at a party and all of a sudden one, two or more fingers would start bleeding. I had band aids and creams in my pocket book all the time.

Of course I was scratching and peeling my skin all the time too.

Then I decided to try natural cures and got to your web page and read it from beginning to end. I decided to give it a try.

The first thing I did was to stop all the creams recommended by the doctor and try natural oils like olive oil, tea tree oil, coconut oil, aloe vera and other natural remedies. At the same time I started changing my diet little by little to what you had recommended.

Sure enough at first my eczema/psoriasis flared up so much that my family was very worried, it spread to my arms and my legs as well, and when I got high fever due to infection I had to go to my doctor who gave me antibiotic and a cortisone cream that had previously worked for a little while and warned me that I better use that cream, otherwise it would get worse.

Of course I did not use the cream at all but had to take the antibiotic for my fever.

I kept on using natural oils and gradually eating foods from your meal plan; a lot of green leafy vegetables (kale and arugula) that I had not eaten before, a glass of fruit smoothie in the morning and increased consumption of fish and took my supplements.

The most difficult time is the first two or three months after I gave up the cortisone creams and the eczema would flare up, and at the same time I had to give up the not very healthy foods I'm used to. If people can endure these few months and have faith in your suggested treatment, they can and I am sure they will get rid of their eczema.

After four months I noticed that my skin was not itchy and was not getting cuts and it had started clearing up. Six months after following your meal plan to only about 60 percent (I do use cooked vegetables and yogurt) my eczema/psoriasis is gone, and the skin is gradually clearing up.

I cannot believe that I went through all that hell, but I believed in your story, and I am glad I tried your suggestions.

I only hope it will never come back.

Thank you again.
