Debbie Willett - The eczema on my hand is 90% gone!

I'm doing really well. The eczema on my hand is 90% gone and very rarely itches. I try to keep it moisturized but it doesn't cause me major trauma any longer if it gets a bit dry. There is residual redness and the back of my hand is getting less rough by the day.

I have been very strict with following your meals advice re types of food and timings but I am now only having veggie juice 3-4 nights a week. On the other nights I have a small meal as I find that my digestion is awake from 2-4am otherwise!

I am incredibly positive about the whole change in myself as I barely feel I have eczema anymore.
